A rich 100 ml body butter that wraps your skin in calm and comfort. Grass-fed, upcycled beef tallow and organic olive oil, scented only with lavender and frankincense essential oils. Your daily ritual for soft, supple skin, with an evening-bath kind of smell.
Lavender is one of the best-loved botanicals in skincare, with a calming scent that turns a body-care moment into a wind-down moment. Frankincense has been used for thousands of years in traditional skincare, and gives this butter its warm, resinous depth.
Deep Nourishment from Beef Tallow
This body butter works differently from a conventional lotion. Tallow's fatty acid structure closely resembles our own skin lipids, so it sinks in and keeps skin feeling nourished for hours, not minutes.
Our tallow comes from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle and is upcycled: parts of the animal that would otherwise go to waste. That is ancestral skincare: using the whole animal and wasting little. Every jar is handmade in Belgium with full ingredient traceability.
Our tallow is always cold-processed in Belgium, by a Belgian family business working with fats since the 19th century. It is food-grade and halal-certified, purified with natural clay, with no chemical bleaching.

The analysis of our tallow
The full analysis is online: fatty acid profile, purity, melting point and moisture. Palmitic acid 24–28% and oleic acid 30–34% — two of the main fatty acids in your skin’s own oil.
Halal certificate
Our tallow is halal certified, and that certificate is published too.
As a Belgian brand we fall under EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Every product has a safety assessment on file before it can be sold.

Waar gewone zeep vaak trekkerig aanvoelt, zeker bij een drogere huid, is dat bij de Tallow Soap bar helemaal niet het geval. De zeep schuimt licht, reinigt grondig en laat mijn huid schoon aanvoelen zonder uit te drogen. Na het wassen voelt mijn huid zacht en gevoed aan, alsof ze beter in balans komt. Een heel aangenaam gevoel.
Ik ben ontzettend tevreden met deze handgemaakte tallow zeep. Je merkt meteen dat hij 100% natuurlijk is: geen sterke geurstoffen, geen chemische toevoegingen, alleen pure verzorging. De zeep schuimt rijk, reinigt goed en laat mijn handen zacht en gevoed aanvoelen, zonder uit te drogen. Vooral bij een gevoelige huid is dit echt een uitkomst. Mooi ambachtelijk product van hoge kwaliteit – absoluut een aanrader!

Omdat ik de geur sinaas al eens probeerde en heel tevreden was, wou ik wel eens exploreren wat de andere geuren waren. Voor mij is de 'fany rose' misschien nog aangenamer dan de sinaas. Verder is mijn huid echt heel zacht én ik meng het ook een beetje met conceiler en dat mengt zo goed.
