Tallow Butter Sweet Orange: a glow-giving tallow balm with orange & carrot
A 50 ml face and body balm for skin that looks dull and tired. Grass-fed tallow with sweet orange peel and carrot extract: deep moisture, a light citrus scent and a fresh, radiant finish that doesn't sit on top of the skin.
Carrot extract brings beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A. Orange peel wax and sweet orange oil give it its soft citrus scent, and natural vitamin E and rosemary extract add antioxidants. Together with nutrient-rich tallow they make a balm that feeds the skin and leaves it looking even and bright.
Rooted in Ancestral Skincare
The base is grass-fed, upcycled beef tallow, one of the most nourishing and skin-familiar ingredients there is. For centuries tallow was a skincare staple in pre-industrial Europe. At Nana Latta we revived that tradition and combined it with carefully chosen botanicals.
Every jar is handmade in Belgium. Free from parabens, synthetic fragrances, PEGs and mineral oils. Our tallow is always cold-processed in Belgium, by a Belgian family business working with fats since the 19th century. It is food-grade and halal-certified, purified with natural clay, with no chemical bleaching.

The analysis of our tallow
The full analysis is online: fatty acid profile, purity, melting point and moisture. Palmitic acid 24–28% and oleic acid 30–34% — two of the main fatty acids in your skin’s own oil.

Our tallow is halal certified, and that certificate is published too.
As a Belgian brand we fall under EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Every product has a safety assessment on file before it can be sold.

Waar gewone zeep vaak trekkerig aanvoelt, zeker bij een drogere huid, is dat bij de Tallow Soap bar helemaal niet het geval. De zeep schuimt licht, reinigt grondig en laat mijn huid schoon aanvoelen zonder uit te drogen. Na het wassen voelt mijn huid zacht en gevoed aan, alsof ze beter in balans komt. Een heel aangenaam gevoel.
Ik ben ontzettend tevreden met deze handgemaakte tallow zeep. Je merkt meteen dat hij 100% natuurlijk is: geen sterke geurstoffen, geen chemische toevoegingen, alleen pure verzorging. De zeep schuimt rijk, reinigt goed en laat mijn handen zacht en gevoed aanvoelen, zonder uit te drogen. Vooral bij een gevoelige huid is dit echt een uitkomst. Mooi ambachtelijk product van hoge kwaliteit – absoluut een aanrader!
